ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Data Integrity
- Accurate Key Entry
- Daily Furniture Receiving
- Operations Analysis Reports
- Install Packet Check In/Order Completion
- Providing support for Installation Scheduling
- Providing support for Installation Labor Estimating
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Create/Update Operations Reports.
- Accurate and timely key entry of all receiving documents.
- Audit time-entries for accuracy with field operations personnel and sub-contractors.
- Share weekly reports with operations leadership.
- Document and complete install work-orders within the ERP System.
- Receive of all inbound products to the ERP system.
- Provide administrative support to a vibrant operations team.
- Provide coverage for Installation Schedulers.
- Provide coverage for Operations Labor Estimator.
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks with excellent time management.
- Proficient with Google Business Suite (Sheets, Docs, and Drive) and Outlook.
- Dependability.
- Ability to learn and be a cross functional asset.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The hiring compensation range for this position is a base hourly rate of $25.00-$30.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
