Responsibilities and Duties
- Learn our systems and our culture
- Ensure world class experience for all of our customers
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory
- Learn the automotive business
- Stay up to date on technological changes in the product
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent in both Spanish and English is a huge plus!!
- Inside Sales or Outside Sales Experience preferred but not required
- Customer Service Background is a great start
- Work with fellow team members to improve our customers' experience
- Self-Motivation is a key
- Communicate with enthusiasm about our products
- Be available for a retail schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends
- Have a valid California Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
- Pass a drug screening and criminal background check
Pay Defined: The Upgrade Sales position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $17.97, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Depending on job performance, the Upgrade Sales compensation ranges from $35,500.00 to $200,000 +.
