Hybrid Service Attendant/Porter na Ozark Chevrolet

Job Summary:

Ozark Chevrolet is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Attendant/Porter. This full-time, hourly position is based in Ozark, Missouri, within the dynamic auto industry. In this role, you will independently ensure the cleanliness and organization of our service department while providing essential support to our service technicians. Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is paid semimonthly. In addition, eligible employees will have access to company benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Maintain a clean and organized service department, including service bays, waiting areas, and customer restrooms.
•    Ensure all vehicles are parked in designated areas and ready for service.
•    Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
•    Track service department inventory, including vehicle parts and supplies.
•    Support service technicians by retrieving and returning vehicles for appointments.
•    Provide transportation for customers to and from the dealership as needed.
•    Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as refueling and changing windshield wipers.
•    Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
•    Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

•    High school diploma or equivalent required.
•    Daily attendance and punctuality are essential functions of your job duties
•    Previous customer service experience is preferred.
•    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
•    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must pass a drug test.
•    Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and occasional evenings.
•    Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
