Overview
Epiphany Cathedral is a very dynamic and growing parish and school. We offer a ministry for almost every spiritual need, and we have groups that celebrate various styles of prayer. Our school serves children from Pre-K 3 to 8th grade. We are seeking an individual who, through our different communication channels, can effectively represent our Church and school to others
Job Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain the Parish’s and school’s website.
- Design the parish bulletin.
- Maintain campus bulletin boards and communications areas.
- Develop online forms for the website (reservations, etc.) for the Parish and School.
- Draft written communications for Parish and school (letters, Christmas cards, etc.)
- Maintain good working relationships and effective communications between the Parish, the school, the community, various organizations, neighbors, and outside authorities.
- Manage communications via Evangelus/ Email/ social media for Parish events.
- Manage communications via FACTS/ Email/ social media for school events.
- Create postings and videos for the website, social media, and other platforms.
- Create marketing and public relations materials for all departments at the Parish and school.
- Maintain a digital sign communication board with current information.
- Collaborate with various departments on campus as needed.
- Write press releases when necessary.
- Develop and maintain a working relationship with local media outlets.
- Collaborate with local parishes to promote events and programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
