- Has a strong customer and people orientation as he/she will be the first line of con help for any inquiry in regards of sites' administration.
- Is a natural team leader, providing support to all administrative assistants in Peru and Ecuador.
- Is proative and takes ownership of all administrative processes.
- Is able to build strong realtions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Has a great understanding about process improvement, budget allocation and cost reduction.
- Is well savvy in terms of contract compliance and vendor/supplies management.
- Is detail oriented and well organized.
Basic Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in similar roles: general office administration and team manager's experience.
- Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering or any related field.
- Fluent in English is a must.
