Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide chauffeuring service to the Chairman to and from designated locations, ensuring adherence to traffic rules, regulations, and safety standards
- Plan and navigate the most efficient routes to various destinations, considering traffic and weather conditions
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the vehicle, such as fueling, oil changes, and tire rotations
- Ensure a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times
- Adhere to all traffic regulations, including parking and speed limits
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with the Chairman, guests, and colleagues
- Handle and maintain confidential information and documents with utmost discretion
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid Class 3 driving license with good driving record
- Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a personal driver
- Familiar with Singapore roads and landmarks
- Knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and safe driving practices
- Punctuality
- Ability to adapt to last-minute changes in schedules and destinations
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends, if required
- Good physical fitness and health to perform driving duties effectively and remain alert during long hours on the road
