Your new responsibilities

• Ownership of products assigned from Development to MP phase and ensure high launch yield, driving process and yield improvement activities.
• Manage and coordinate prototype build/ new materials characterization, including optical, electrical and mechanical assessment with DOE (Design of Experiment) execution.
• Responsible for product related documentation including BOM, product specs, process control plan, defect catalogue.
• Strong Analytical skills with strong background in data analysis (script writing knowledge will be an advantage). Lead cross-functional teams to resolve reliability and yield challenges through root cause and failure analysis activities. 
• Strong collaboration with internal and external customers to drive all product related issues to ensure successful production ramp from development phase. To front external customers to address and resolve any technical issues.
• Strong Stakeholders management to ensure all products ramp with high launch yields and zero quality excursions.
• To provide strong technical guidance to junior engineers.

Who we are looking for

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Microelectronics, Materials, Optics, Engineering.
• Min 7-10 years in R&D, Engineering, manufacturing environment. Customer fronting experience will be an advantage.
• Min 7-10 years in either R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing. Experience in sensor module packaging and/or optical engineering will be an advantage.
