What You’ll Do
- Design marketing assets that command attention across digital channels, social platforms, event spaces, and executive presentations, each one visually engaging and strategically aligned.
- Develop concept-driven visuals that go beyond templates, pushing the boundaries of our brand while ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Elevate brand storytelling with original graphics, iconography, and layouts that express ideas clearly, creatively, and memorably.
- Transform long-form and complex content—such as whitepapers, solution briefs, and sales decks—into visually structured layouts that aid comprehension and decision-making.
- Balance design and editorial flow using white space, typography, and visual hierarchy to guide the reader's eye through technical and narrative-heavy material.
- Ensure consistency in layout style across a wide range of marketing materials, maintaining alignment with brand standards while optimizing usability and impact.
- Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to understand messaging goals and turn them into high-impact visuals and layouts that reinforce strategy.
- Manage design timelines and asset delivery in a fast-paced environment—handling multiple projects while ensuring accuracy and polish in every file.
- Prepare final assets for both digital and print, ensuring all files meet format requirements, color profiles, and output specifications with zero compromise on quality.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of professional design experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or agency environments, with proven strength in both conceptual design and structured layout.
- A diverse portfolio that showcases creative marketing campaigns, editorial layouts, digital assets, and clear application of brand systems across formats.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite—particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop—alongside working knowledge of Figma, Canva, or presentation tools like PowerPoint.
- Strong typographic and visual design skills, with an understanding of how to lead the reader through information using clear, on-brand, and functional design.
- High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset when working with cross-functional teams or under tight deadlines.
