Recruitment Partner, IT Fed/PS Fed 

• 2 Backfills for both Brianna Babineau (mat leave for Oct) and Lizzie Tobias (resigned).

• Reporting to Priya Aduvala / Kyle Meyers
  
• Ideally NCR, but okay with Toronto as well (proximity to either office).
  
  
• Search Priority: Recruiter for PS Fed (Kyle Meyers) slightly takes priority, but this would be the same search looking through the same pool of candidates.
• Education: Business program ideally; not an HR background - open to programs outside of that - poli-sci, business, psych
• Interviews: Priya & Kyle, James & Kristina 
• Location: Ottawa preferred for Kyle Meyers; Priya open to Toronto or Ottawa
• Experience: Preferring someone newer to the industry - someone a bit more green - slight agency experience
