About our Marketing Technology team
At Kiwi.com, our Marketing Technology (MarTech) team is at the forefront of digital innovation. We’re transitioning from traditional Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), working cross-functionally to enhance our market competitiveness. Our work is crucial in driving operational intelligence and improving customer engagement through AI-driven solutions. By integrating AI across departments, we ensure improved user experiences and maintain our top-tier positioning within the travel industry. What you will do
You will design and build AI workflows (LLM-ops, retrieval-augmented generation, recommendation models) tailored to Kiwi.com’s SEO/GEO use-cases.
You will develop and maintain AI-powered agents that autonomously generate, optimize and evaluate travel content across multiple markets.
Support transition from SEO to GEO by leveraging AI-enhanced location data to improve travel search relevance and conversion.
You will provide AI education and best practices company-wide, adapted to the travel industry's specific challenges.
You will ensure AI systems meet ethical, legal and performance standards specific to the travel industry.
You will support documentation and compliance for internal governance and external audits, including data privacy regulations.
What you will need
Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agent frameworks: You bring proficiency in working with large language models, embeddings, and agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or AutoGPT, especially in content or automation workflows.
AI/ML development expertise in a marketing context: You have a solid background in building AI-driven marketing automations, recommendation engines or content optimization systems.
Strong programming skills: Proficiency in Python/JavaScript, R or other relevant languages for AI model development.
Collaborative mindset: You bring a collaborative and open mindset while working with cross-functional teams such as data engineers, marketers and compliance teams.
Ability to train and educate internal teams: You can efficiently communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with MLOps and Model Context Protocols (MCPs): You have experience with designing and implementing robust governance for AI models.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English: You are able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.
Knowledge of mapping technologies and APIs: Previous experience with Google Maps API, OpenStreetMap or similar is a big plus.
