We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic & Web Designer who is both an exceptional visual storyteller and an advanced web interaction designer. You’ll be responsible for delivering stunning, conversion-optimized marketing assets and immersive web experiences that incorporate animations, parallax effects, responsive layouts, and best-in-class UI/UX principles.
You’ll be the creative engine behind Rezolve Ai’s brand execution, across digital, web, and print, with full ownership over design systems, landing page builds, microsites, and multimedia campaigns. You thrive at the intersection of creativity and code, and you bring modern design trends to life with precision and polish.
KEY ROLE RESPOMSIBILITIES
Visual & Brand Design
Lead all visual design efforts including brand development, digital and print collateral, event signage, sales enablement materials, and social media graphics.
Translate abstract concepts into compelling visual stories aligned with our brand strategy.
Design and produce content for ebooks, brochures, sell sheets, presentations, infographics, banners, and motion graphics.
Develop and maintain cohesive brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across channels and assets.
Advanced Web Design & Development
Design and develop modern, responsive websites, landing pages, and microsites using Figma and front-end coding (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
Implement rich user interactions including:
Parallax scrolling
Scroll-based animations and transitions
GSAP or Lottie-based animations
Sticky navigation and reveal-on-scroll effects
Micro-interactions and hover effects
Lazy-loading content, video backgrounds, and modal interfaces
Build reusable components and templates compatible with Wordpress.
Ensure all designs are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and mobile-optimized.
Collaborate with Marketing and SEO teams to align design with user behavior, lead generation, and content performance.
Digital Optimization & Asset Management
Optimize graphics and web code for speed and accessibility.
Implement SEO best practices across all digital assets.
Test and iterate designs based on analytics and performance data.
Manage digital asset libraries, design systems, and component frameworks.
Track website performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot, provide regular reporting on traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics, and make recommendations to improve results.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
8+ years of professional experience in graphic and web design, ideally in SaaS or enterprise tech environments.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
Strong front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery; experience with animations using GSAP, ScrollMagic, or Lottie is a major plus.
Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
Experience designing for and deploying on Wordpress.
Familiarity with HubSpot CMS, marketing automation workflows, and creating visually compelling email templates.
Knowledge of SEO design principles, conversion rate optimization, and A/B testing.
Hands-on experience with video editing (Premiere, After Effects) and light motion graphics a plus.
Strong project management and time management skills with ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
Eye for detail, pixel-perfect execution, and the ability to bring polish to every project.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
