  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, Testers, Security, Operations) to resolve infrastructure and deployment challenges.
  • Serve as a technical lead in Agile and SAFe ceremonies (Kanban/Scrum), contributing to planning, estimation, and prioritization.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and support infrastructure during off-hours and weekends as needed.
  • Monitor and enhance system performance, availability, and efficiency across platforms.
  • Ensure security best practices are followed throughout system design and implementation.
  • Document designs, configurations, and operational procedures; provide training and mentorship to team members.
  • Lead or contribute to project management activities, including forecasting, risk mitigation, and scheduling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in systems architecture, infrastructure engineering, or DevOps roles.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
  • Strong design, analysis, and systems planning capabilities.

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, UrbanCode Deploy).
  • Proficient in Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or OpenStack.
  • Proficient in configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
  • Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Expert-level networking knowledge, including security and performance optimization.
  • Administrative experience with tools such as Artifactory (Nexus/JFrog), GitLab, Jira, Confluence.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging systems (ELK Stack, Splunk, Zabbix, Prometheus).
  • Source control proficiency (Git or similar).
  • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle).
  • Strong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, PHP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Agile/SAFe software development processes.
  • Excellent documentation, training, and mentoring skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Highly innovative, flexible, and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Key Attributes:

  • Passion for automation, scalability, and modern infrastructure practices.
