Job summary

Under the supervision of the Communication, Events and Social Media Assistant coordinates and works on communications, will support the department with all the daily activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage social media publications and moderation for the school
  • Participate in the creation of content for the website and social media
  • Assist the Communication department in developing school events and special projects (conferences, fashion show, graduation ceremony, evening events, etc.)
  • Assist in coordinating partners for communication activities (social media agency, PR, etc.)
  • Monitor collections

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Education in communication, marketing, or related fields

Skills

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of social media

  • Interest in the fashion industry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Adobe Suite required

  • Rigor, dynamism, creativity, organization, strong interpersonal skills, excellent presentation

  • Fluency in English

IT skills

  • Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Adobe Suite.
