Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping and rolling out our People strategy as we transition from a high-growth, research-focused organization to manufacturing operations, with a vision to become a global leader in sustainable protein production while driving cutting-edge innovation.
We are looking for an experienced HRBP or Human Resources Manager with a Business Partnering orientation, possessing a strong background in innovative companies. The ideal candidate should be capable of integrating into a deep tech environment and managing the strategic, operational, and regulatory HR aspects related to Gourmey's projects.
In this context of change management, you will be responsible for ensuring the growth of our organization. This includes implementing HR policies aligned with Gourmey's culture, managing competencies, fostering social dialogue through collective agreements, and ensuring legal compliance with health and safety requirements at work. You will play a key role in supporting managers and employees in navigating collective and individual challenges.
Gourmey's transition to an industrial model will require a particular skill in managing projects across related but profoundly different environments.
Scope: Approximately 50 employees, primarily based in Paris, with some located in the provinces and occasional travel required (Syntec and agri-food collective bargaining agreements).
1. HR Strategy and Change Management:
- Support the transformation of the organization by aligning HR strategy with the company's industrial objectives.
- Define and implement HR projects considering the specific needs of teams, including career management, performance evaluation, and talent retention.
- Initiate and maintain HR programs, particularly in culture and engagement within a multicultural environment.
2. HR Operations, Compliance, and Labor Relations:
- Coordinate daily operations (payroll, personnel administration, and HRIS across two entities) and implement HR projects in collaboration with an HR Operations Officer.
- Manage aspects specific to industrial/normative environments: organizational, working time agreements, on-call duties, safety, and health.
- Ensure legal compliance of HR practices, particularly in labor law and labor relations management (CSE with over 50 employees).
3. Management and Manager Support:
- Assist managers in daily team management, supporting them in applying HR processes, performance monitoring, and compliance with legal obligations.
- Design and implement training programs in health and safety, and develop competencies in technical and soft skills.
- Support recruitment, integration, and talent development to meet the needs of the industrial model.
4. Health, Safety, and Working Conditions:
- Implement and ensure compliance with health and safety policies at the industrial site.
- Coordinate updates to the single document for risk assessment (DUERP) and ensure the implementation of prevention plans and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams and the health and safety committee to create a secure working environment, including risk management and accident prevention.
We also want to emphasize that we fully embrace diversity, equity and inclusion and that we’re doing our best to create a safe and inclusive environment.
We are committed to providing an equal employment opportunity regardless of gender, sexual orientation, origin, disabilities, or any other traits that make you who you are.
