As a part of the Artist & Label Partnerships team, you’ll work with key artists, managers and labels to advocate, educate and innovate, unlocking opportunities such as campaigns, programs and critical initiatives.
You will also use this relationship to further Spotify’s marketing and partnership initiatives to the mutual benefit of Spotify and its industry partners!
You will also be responsible for efforts related to our music programs, with the objective of highlighting, celebrating and amplifying the voice of creators from underrepresented communities and a diversity of backgrounds!
This position is based in São Paulo and reports to Head of Music in Brazil
What You'll Do
Represent Spotify Artist and Label Partnerships department externally, attending meetings with the industry, including label partners, managers and artists to find opportunities and develop partnerships
Work with other members of the Spotify team on campaign planning, relationship building, and cross-functional process execution
Keep track of, review and evaluate department priorities, as well as culturally relevant moments, and identify in collaboration with a cross-functional team those artists that Spotify will support in on and off platform promotions
Work directly with the artists, their label and their management teams to collect insights and develop executive-level priority campaigns, from brief development, conception, production all the way through execution
Develop relationships, collaborate and advocate with internal partners
Educate label partners and creators on Spotify for Artists and the platform, initiating opportunities for informative programs and presentations to the US Latin industry
Track and share status of the projects you are working in as well as update operational docs and repository
Who You Are
You have 5+ years of experience building global marketing campaigns or project management programs
Ability to balance multiple priority projects simultaneously
Proficiency in English is required
Understanding of the music industry and experience including label and management
Have an outstanding ability to build and manage relationships
Open, transparent and clear communicator
You can interpret data & insights to communicate the business purpose and results of campaigns & strategic initiatives
Well organized and strive in operational excellence, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines and pay outstanding attention to detail
You are comfortable in very fast paced, driven work environments and can do well in a team that moves quickly
An optimistic-minded, self-starter with an ambitious demeanor and steadfast curiosity to solve problems
Able to easily adapt and learn new skills as circumstances change
