Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Act as a consultant to branches and members in all matters relating to CAFT
Provide solutions for member/originator problems wherever possible, referring more complex issues to the appropriate person or department.
Process daily business banking transactions and administrative tasks
Responsible for preparing documentation for new CAFT originators, new users, originator maintenance and limit changes
Authorizing hold/late files for originators
Respond to incidents and requests from staff on internal ticketing system and ensure follow up and resolution
Act as a liaison with external providers to troubleshoot system issues affecting originator capabilities
Provide administrative support and assistance to the Business Administrators as required
Process all required reports and documentation efficiently and accurately ensuring deadlines are met.
Maintain open communication and cooperation with other staff to ensure a friendly and efficient work environment.
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve organizational and department objectives.
Maintain thorough knowledge of and adhere to credit union policies and procedures on risk management, confidentiality, security and fraud prevention.

Essential Qualifications
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Business Administration or other post-secondary education would be considered an asset
Previous customer service experience
Demonstrated desire to serve others in a friendly and professional manner
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize using sound judgment to make timely and effective decisions
Knowledge of Access Credit Union’s products and services
Ability to follow standardized policies and procedures
Knowledge of risk management within the financial industry
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products combined with basic accounting and math skills
Embraces change, is adaptable and flexible with the ability to work within a team environment as well as independently
