What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise the maintenance crew, contractors, and subcontractors while promoting a safe, positive work environment.
- Plan, schedule, and improve preventive maintenance, shutdowns, and equipment reliability to reduce downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying root causes, implementing solutions, and managing maintenance systems and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies while managing training, development, and cost control.
What You Offer
- Degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience.
3–5 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or sawmill environment. - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems, PLCs, and CMMS (EAM, SAP, MAXIMO).
- Proven safety leadership, strong interpersonal skills, team management, and decision-making under pressure.
