Job Description:- Business Analysis and requirements gathering from key business stockholders to define changes and development.
- On-going maintenance and development of HFM Application
- Ownership and successful completion of change requests from design to implementation
- Advocate for usability, accessibility standards, and inclusive design best practices.
- Ensure overall data integrity by maintaining key internal control processes and reconciliations.
- Assists as needed with internal audit requirements for SOX.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems in response to alerts from FDMEE scheduling tools.
- Migrate change requests into the production environment after end-to-end testing and business approval.
- Support and monitor month End, Half year and End of year activities along with statutory reporting and cashflow.
- Configure source and Target systems and continuous scheduling and mapping changes via FDMEE.
- End user support and training.
- At least 4 years of experience in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of HFM/ESSBASE/FCCS and FDMEE and HFR applications.
- We are seeking an experience candidate who has strong functional knowledge and ability to take full ownership of the HFM system and act as the primary contact for Business/Finance during reporting cycles, along with functional support to end user training and external audit teams for Sox.
- Development experience in Hyperion, specifically in HFM (Webforms, Metadata, Rules (VBScript) build & maintenance) and FDMEE (Python/Jython scripting).
- Good knowledge of Hyperion user provisioning
- Good knowledge of Excel VBA.
- Expertise in gathering, understanding incident background, mapping, and recreating incidents, and translating root cause into a workable solution.
- Good understanding of the financial principles of consolidated group accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work in 2nd shift and be flexible to extend hours during close weeks.
