We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Collections Specialist – Czech Speaker to join our Collections team. You will be responsible for communicating with customers in arrears, resolving payment issues with empathy and professionalism, and supporting the company’s operational and financial performance.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing customer interaction, problem-solving, and working in a collaborative, multilingual team.

Your focus:

• Contact customers with overdue payments via phone, email, and chat in Czech and English
• Motivate and negotiate realistic repayment solutions based on customer circumstances
• Document reasons for payment delays and perform structured follow-ups
• Monitor ongoing payment agreements and update account status accordingly
• Use skip-tracing techniques to locate and update customer contact information
• Log all collection activities and customer interactions in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and support escalated cases
• Participate in team meetings, training, and development sessions
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in collections or customer service is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Able to remain calm and solution-oriented in difficult conversations
• Goal-driven, confident, and resilient in a results-focused environment
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team-driven culture
