Job Summary

Wir suchen ab September 2025 in Vollzeit für 3 bis 6 Monate befristet:

Student (m/w/d) - Restrukturierung des QM-QC-Systems - Pflichtpraktikum/Bachelor- oder Masterthesis

Aufgabenstellungen:

• Festlegung von Grenzwerten/Spezifikationen/Qualitätsvereinbarungen

• Probenhäufigkeit und Prüfungen festlegen

• Überprüfung/Erneuerung der Technischen Datenblätter 

• Kategorisierung der Grenzwerte (z. B. Primär-, Sekundär-, Freigabe-, Überwachungsgrenzwerte)

• Neustrukturierung von QC-Entscheidungen (Freigabeverfahren)

• Festlegung von Maßnahmen, wenn Prüfergebnisse außerhalb der internen Grenzwerte liegen; GAPs, Ressourcen und Maßnahmen identifizieren, die zu deren Lösungsfindung erforderlich sind

• Neuerstellung/Überarbeitung der QM-QC-Dokumente

• Vergleich von Materialprüfungen (Schwindung, Brennverformung, Weißegrad usw.) an den drei Standorten bezüglich Rohstoffen und Endprodukte

• Implementation von statistischen Auswertungen

• Festlegung der wesentliche Merkmale für das Werksprüfzeugnis

Ihr Profil:

• Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Qualitätsmanagement

• Technische Berufsausbildung / Technisches Verständnis wünschenswert

• Google Workspace oder MS Office Kenntnisse sehr vorteilshaft

• Englischkenntnisse

• Statistische Auswertungssoftware (Minitab) ist wünschenswert

• Führerschein PKW (wegen Dienstfahrten zu anderen Standorten in der Region)
