Key Responsibilities
🚨 We're Hiring: E-commerce Executive 🚨
Join the unstoppable force behind one of the UK's fastest-growing luxury brands – Au Vodka. This is your shot to make an impact in an industry-disrupting E-commerce division that blends cutting-edge tech with iconic gold-bottled energy.
💻 What We’re Looking For – A Tech-Savvy, Results-Driven Ecom Operator Who Can:
• Run the day-to-day operations of our UK Shopify storefront, with global growth on the horizon
• Manage site merchandising, keeping products optimised for visibility and conversion
• Lead product creation and optimisation, including descriptions, images, variants, and tagging
• Drive cross-sell and upsell strategies to boost AOV and customer lifetime value
• Conduct regular site audits to keep the site in top shape and collaborate on theme updates for new launches
• Oversee the subscription journey, focusing on retention and technical workflows
• Manage on-site navigation, including filtering, search, and user journeys
• Create SEO-supportive blog content that strengthens brand storytelling
• Support customer service on escalations and technical store fixes
• Collaborate with marketing to align web content with campaign activity
• Report on key KPIs, analyse trends, and recommend improvements
• Help evolve and optimise the loyalty programme for ongoing engagement
📦 We operate fast, especially during key UK peak trading moments:
Black Friday, Christmas, limited edition drops, and viral moments that need action now.
💼 Desirable Experience:
• 1–2 years working with Shopify, or other E-ccomerce platform.
• Solid understanding of E-commerce analytics and experience reporting and visualising data.
• Strong grasp of SEO best practices for on-site content and product pages
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premier Pro
• An eye for clean design and practical UX improvements
• BONUS: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript – Experience with Liquid code a major plus
