Pay Rate: £130 per shift + uplift for nights and Sundays
Work Pattern: Primarily Monday–Friday day shifts, with potential for night and weekend work
Join Our Road Crew! Looking for a hands-on role that keeps you on your feet and part of a dynamic team? We’re on the lookout for Pedestrian Marshalls to support our surfacing gangs across multiple projects. No experience? No problem—we’ll give you all the support and guidance you need to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely guiding pedestrians around active work zones
- Acting as the face of the site—friendly, clear, and professional
- Assisting the team in maintaining safety barriers and signage
- Supporting the setup and breakdown of sites as needed
- Always keeping safety front and centre
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- No specific experience required—just a willingness to learn and get stuck in
- A proactive mindset and calm, confident communication
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional night or weekend shifts
