What You'll Do

  • Be the face of our firm, building genuine connections with clients and teammates alike.
  • Lead a team of motivated accountants – mentor, review, and cheer them on as they grow.
  • Own your projects: set timeframes, make key tax decisions, and dive into complex issues with      support from our tax experts.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest tax laws and regulations – your input keeps us sharp.
  • Prepare and review a wide range of tax returns, from straightforward to complex, primarily for high net      worth clients.
  • Analyze IRS notices, draft thoughtful responses, and tackle non-routine tax questions with      confidence.
  • Plan proactively: create tax projections and strategies that help clients thrive year-round.
  • Jump into client meetings, offering insights and support to both staff and clients whenever needed.
  • Balance multiple projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly and deadlines are comfortably met.
  • Partner with firm leaders and develop your industry knowledge – we invest in your growth.
  • Spot opportunities to offer clients even more value, and help us grow our business organically.
Requirements

  

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in accounting or related field.
  • 3-5 years of tax experience in the area of High New Worth
  • On your way to a CPA, or already certified? Even better.
  • Active member (or eligible for membership) in AICPA and NCACPA.
  • Confident using modern tax software and digital tools.
  • Passionate about personal and professional development – meet your CPEs and keep learning.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills – you know how to prioritize and deliver.
  • Valid driver’s license and a solid driving record (for occasional client travel).

Physical & Practical Details

  • Comfortable with keyboarding (5-7 hours/day)
  • Willing to travel as needed for client engagements or team events
