Role Summary
Primary responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality print and solutions tailored to client needs. This role acts as the main liaison between the client and the 1Vision, overseeing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and targeted outreach. Build, maintain, and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Sales Process Management: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Manage the sales pipeline, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into successful contracts.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end process of print orders, collaborating closely with graphic design, production, and delivery teams to meet client specifications and deadlines. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Quoting & Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present accurate cost estimates, proposals, and contracts. Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close deals while maintaining profitability.
  • Market & Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date expertise in commercial printing technologies, products, and competitive offerings. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of various print solutions, including digital, offset, large format, packaging, and workflow automation.
  • Collaboration: Work in close partnership with internal departments (e.g., design, production, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution. Communicate client needs and feedback to ensure quality and service standards are met.
  • Reporting & Administration: Accurately track sales activity, client interactions, and project status in a CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities for management review.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  •   Sales Experience: 1–3 years in sales, preferably within the commercial printing, promotional, or related industries. 
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to develop trust and rapport with diverse clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic graphic design tools is advantageous.
  • Education: A degree Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial, but not always required.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and industry events, as needed.

Compensation typically includes a draw against commission, with total earnings reflecting uncapped commission potential.  Additional benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
