LS3P is seeking bright, ambitious individuals to join our team. With over 50 years of design excellence in diverse projects across the Southeast and beyond, we offer exciting opportunities for staff to develop career and personal goals within a fast-paced, inspiring, and professional environment.
We are currently seeking a Contracts Coordinator to support multiple offices; this position can be based out of any LS3P office.
Successful candidates will be passionate about service to our internal team, consulting partners, and clients; detail-oriented; efficient; devoted to quality output; able to work independently, as well as in a team environment; possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines; and have excellent communication skills.
A Day in the Life:
- Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with extensive employee contact and frequent interruptions
- Assist project teams with preparation and execution of Owner and Consultant Agreements.
- Coordinate Certificates of Insurance with Insurance Broker and Consultants.
- Coordinate standard Terms and Conditions of Owner and Consultant Agreements.
- Report to and coordinate with Risk Management leadership and internal legal counsel.
- Small Business outreach.
- Provide support to multiple teams by performing a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
What You Bring To The Table:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within a team environment and administer multiple projects concurrently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- A solid and progressive work history with a minimum of 5-years’ experience in related position(s)
- Strong computer skills are essential including proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Outlook
- Capacity to master industry-specific programs including but not limited to Newforma, Deltek, and AIA Contract Documents
- Familiarity with construction and architectural contract requirements and terminology
Physical Demands
This position requires sufficient physical ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to perform work in an office setting; which includes, extensive employee contact, frequent interruptions, the ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time, to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard, to verbally communicate to exchange information, infrequent travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation, to verbally communicate to exchange information with or without accommodation, to see in the normal visual range with or without correction, and can hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
