Are you detail-driven, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping banks streamline account opening and digitize critical documents through smart, integrated solutions? If so, we’d love to have you join our team as a Third-Party Implementation Specialist focused on Account Origination and Document Imaging!


In this role, you’ll work directly with client banks to ensure successful implementations of third-party account origination and document imaging systems. You’ll be the technical point person responsible for building strong partnerships, customizing integrations, and training users—all while helping community banks deliver a modern and efficient customer experience.


What You'll Do:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Bank Conversions: Collect and test client data, ensuring flawless functionality based on unique bank requirements.
  • Consult and Train Clients: Provide immediate post-implementation support, consultation, and training.
  • Coordinate and Implement Integrations: Manage 3rd-party and ancillary applications/interfaces, working directly with client IT teams to troubleshoot, customize, and install solutions.
  • Product Development Support: Contribute to the design and testing of new enhancements and features for DCI systems.
  • Provide Expert Customer Support: Assist customer service representatives with inquiries and provide backup support as needed.


What Will Help You Stand Out:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • Three or more years of experience working for a financial institution.
  • Familiarity with DCI services and operations.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial computing applications, database systems, and web applications.
  • General Banking Knowledge


A Day in the Life 


Picture this: Your day kicks off by reviewing project timelines and jumping on a call with a client’s IT team to finalize a document imaging integration. You’ll move on to validating a new account origination platform setup, providing consultative feedback and best practices. After lunch, it’s time for a virtual training session with bank staff, ensuring they feel confident using the tools you’ve helped implement. You wrap up by troubleshooting an interface sync issue—knowing that your expertise directly supports the efficiency and success of local banks.

What We're Looking For:

To be considered for this role, you'll need the following required qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience installing banking and financial software
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage rotating project groups.
  • Travel Capability: Willingness to travel up to 50%, including frequent flying and driving to client sites.
