Pay range and compensation package -
- Guaranteed starting base pay of $140,000 + bonus pay

Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients with conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders
- Provide care primarily through virtual visits, with occasional onsite engagement if needed
- Participate in regular clinical case reviews and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence
- Collaborate with Ascend’s behavioral health and primary care teams to coordinate whole-person care
- Support innovation in care delivery through participation in program development and feedback
Requirements
What You’ll Need:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active Georgia licensure
- Demonstrated experience in both psychiatric settings, ideally within outpatient or community-based models
- Ability to work independently while valuing team collaboration and clinical supervision
- Openness to evolving workflows and responsibilities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Passion for relational care and reducing stigma around mental health
