We are looking for a proactive & communicative Customer Success Specialist to join our team. You’ll partner with a wide range of clients, ensuring they enjoy a smooth onboarding experience and get the most out of our cutting-edge software solutions. If you excel at building great relationships, love helping clients succeed, and thrive in a consultative role, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Act as an Implementation Consultant for various software solutions, expertly guiding new clients through a smooth onboarding and post-onboarding process.

  • Engage in Face-to-face customer meetings in order to promote the adoption and ongoing engagement with various IT solutions.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of a variety of products and advise clients on the best practices and optimization strategies

  • Track key customer lifecycle milestones, from onboarding to license activation, ensuring user engagement and goal achievement.

  • Accurately record client interactions and activities in CRM systems.

  • Support clients with effectively triaging and resolving troubleshooting tickets.

  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM;

  • Remote role

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent in English - both written and verbal.

  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

  • Confidence in engaging clients during face-to-face virtual interactions.

  • Experience in customer support or client-facing roles would be considered as an advantage.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on customer satisfaction.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently under deadlines.
