Finalités de la mission:
Contribuer à la profitabilité des projets et à la satisfaction des clients :
- en pilotant sur son périmètre le suivi des livrables métiers (conception, validation, industrialisation) des pièces, systèmes, Innovations contractés avec chaque métier, veillant au respect du jalonnement de ces livrables et assurant la cohérence des activités Produit / Process avec le master planning pour atteindre les objectifs QCDP du projet
- en articulant le bon déploiement des décisions du projet (ICa/IST) sur son périmètre pour assurer l’atteinte des objectifs.
