Overview

As a Junior Local Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in executing marketing activities in Estonia and act as a liaison between the local market and regional functional teams.
You will report directly to the Marketing Coordinator Team Lead (who is based in Latvia) and be located in Tallinn (occasional travel may be required).

Your Responsibilities

• Drive marketing tasks tailored to specific target groups: customers and partners (installers, dealers, architects, professional house builders)
• Ensure brand guardianship: consistent brand communication, identity, and tone of voice
• Actively participate in campaign adaptations and translations
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activity
• Maintain regular communication with sales and customer service (incl. field visits) to gather market insights
• Analyze campaign performance and effectiveness
• Coordinate tasks between the local and regional teams
• Assist the manager with budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and monthly spend reporting
• Support day-to-day marketing operations (e.g. team events, administrative tasks)
• Participate in organizing events or workshops for B2B partners

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Fluent in Estonian and English (spoken and written)
• Solid understanding of online marketing, social media, or trade marketing (POS development, events, etc.)
• Strong copywriting skills and attention to tone and detail
• Ability to network and manage various stakeholders
• Trade marketing experience is highly valued
• Experience with loyalty programs is a plus
• Knowledge of HubSpot and/or Sitecore is a plus
