Our Legal, Risk, and Compliance (“LRC”) department is looking for a Contract Specialist in the United States to join our team! In this role, you’ll be a partner to the business, collaborating closely with sales, finance, product, and marketing teams on a variety of contract and legal matters.
As a Contract Specialist, you will play a critical role in drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial and public procurement contracts to support Kpler’s global business objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring contracts are structured to mitigate risks, comply with regulatory requirements, and align with Kpler’s commercial strategy.
