Job Description

  • Shape client problems into solution-led opportunities, often engaging in co-creation of project scopes, proposals, and delivery models.

  • Own commercial negotiation of large-scale, bespoke consulting engagements across markets and industries.

  • Engage with senior executives to understand evolving business needs, deliver insights, and create value-led partnerships.

  • Act as a senior external representative of the Consulting business in industry forums, executive briefings, and strategic partner dialogues.

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities across priority markets in CRM, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and risk management in forecasting.

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders in Product, Marketing, Research, and Delivery to ensure client solutions are compelling, feasible, and scalable.

  • Provide strategic input on the evolution of the consulting value proposition based on market feedback and client needs.

  • Mentor and support regional sales and consulting talent in building consultative selling capabilities and industry expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in business development, strategic sales, or consulting in the APAC region, with a strong track record in energy, chemicals, or industrials.

  • Proven success in originating, structuring, and closing large-scale consulting and advisory deals with enterprise clients.

  • Deep understanding of the APAC business environment, regional decision-making dynamics, and multinational client needs.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders and long sales timelines.

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, executive communication, and strong influencing skills across diverse cultures and functions.

  • Skilled in value-based selling, ROI articulation, and building multi-solution commercial narratives.
