Salary Range: $19 - $23 Per Hour
Job Summary: McCoy's is the central hub of activity at Fort McCoy. This large facility includes Dining, Sports Bar, Bowling Center, Recreation and Leisure Activities and Conference and Catering Spaces. The McCoy's Team provides high-quality service and a place to unwind for the Ft. McCoy Community. Major Duties:
- Assists the Business Manager in directing the operations and supervision of multiple food service facilities to include administrative support.
- Sets the pace and works with employees. Checks work in progress to ensure compliance with established methods. Maintains clean and orderly work areas.
- Orders and receives supplies, stores and stocks supply items in all assigned facilities. Responsible for cleaning, inventory, stocking and organizing each facility on a daily basis.
- Performs food service and cashiering duties as required. Completes cash reports and makes daily deposits.
- Orients new employees to work situations, compliance with health and safety standards, proper use and storage of tools and equipment.
- Provides information to workers regarding procedures, policies, written instructions, and other work directives. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Qualifications must be clearly verifiable in your resume. Must have cash handling experience to include direct handling of cash items, and use of cash accountability control methods. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, stressful environment. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
