Compensation Range
Hourly: $29.90 - $45.45 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to provide administrative and department support to the Director of Specialty Consumer Lending and Strategic Services and other senior leaders of the team. Job functions are approximately 30% Administrative, 30% Projects and 40% rotational duties within the team.
Essential Functions
Design annual plan for direct report and team meetings; work with director to execute the various events (some weekly, some monthly, some quarterly). Included would be meeting agendas, content, notes and follow-up on action items.
Oversee top initiative report for director; work with various areas to update and monitor status
Manage director’s schedule (which could include reassigning meeting requests to others in the organization), schedule regular meetings with direct reports, resolve scheduling conflicts and help to coordinate large meetings
Work with director on various communications to team members
Create presentations for director and other senior leaders (includes developing story outline and creating presentation documents)
Independently develop and execute small projects and assist to develop and execute medium size projects
Collaborate across the various departments in the director’s Organizational structure as part of project teams or on special assignments
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Intermediate ability to create and lead presentations
Intermediate ability to work with cross-functional resource groups and support business needs
Business savvy with a growth mindset
Proven ability to lead and collaborate with project teams to successfully deliver desired results
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail, ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks/projects, and excellent time management skills

Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills who has the ability to confidently communicate with various levels of Business Partner leadership whether in person or virtually
Accountable self-starter with the ability to work independently with limited oversight
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and OneNote
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
Experience leading a project team in a business or educational setting required
