Davidson & Co., a leading full-service investment banking firm with operations nationwide, is accepting applicants for a full-time Analyst position working with the firm’s Equity Capital Markets (ECM) desk.  When clients need capital, ECM integrates D.A. Davidson’s expertise in Sales and Trading and Investment Banking, offering clients seamless advice and sophisticated solutions. The ECM desk, in conjunction with Investment Banking professionals, originates, structures and executes public and private placement of equities and related products.

The Experience Analyst is expected to play an important role directly supporting the Managing Directors of Equity Capital Markets in origination and execution efforts.  As experience and proficiency allow, the responsibilities will increase and independent, client-facing interaction will become a requirement.
