About The Opportunity

Come to our Job Fair located at our Yukon/Ruffs Dale plant on July 8th from 1pm-7pm and July 9th from 9am-4pm to learn about careers at Menasha!At Menasha Packaging - YOU are the Power Behind Possible. We currently have openings for General Labor roles (outlined below), Electrical Technicians, and Shipping and Receiving. Please see a job fair representative for more information about our other opportunities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities of General Labor:
- Able to demonstrate basic math and measurement skills
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools; including tape measures
- Able to work at a brisk pace throughout an 8 – 12 hour shift in a non-sedentary position within a manufacturing environment
- Perform procedural quality inspections and identify defects as compared to written product specifications
- Able to read and follow all work instructions in a safe and effective manner
- Demonstrate outstanding attention-to-detail while always achieving superior safety, quality and productivity standards
- Develop Machine Operator qualifications by assisting Qualified Operators and through on-the-job training
Essential to this Position
Manufacturing General Labor pay starts at $21.05 and increases to $22.02 after 120 days.
Opportunities: Able to sign for posted jobs after 60 days, which will provide higher wages than general labor.
Shifts: 1st: 7:00 am to 3:00pm, 2nd: 3:00pm to 11:00pm, 3rd: 11:00pm to 7:00am
The role begins on 1st shift for the first week (training), but candidates must be open to working 2nd or 3rd shift thereafter.
You must be comfortable working mandatory overtime, including weekends, as needed.
