THE JOB:
As a Workforce Management Specialist, you will ensure that our business functions smoothly by collaborating closely with department leaders to optimize staffing and labor management. You will assist with labor forecasting and scheduling, requiring a strong blend of analytical skills, customer service expertise, and administrative proficiency.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on workforce management software, managing scheduling solutions in alignment with business demands.
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure optimal staffing levels and develop efficiency strategies.
• Handle daily scheduling operations, including leave requests and call-outs.
• Identify best practices to enhance staffing while adhering to labor agreements and legal requirements.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• At least two (2) years of prior relevant experience.
• Previous experience utilizing Virtual Roster and UKG software (preferred).
