Position Highlights:

  • Sign-on Bonus: $15,000 sign-on bonuseligible position for qualified candidates!

What You'll Need:

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina
  • Minimum of two-years nursing experience, with at least one year in critical care, Pediatric experience and PACU setting preferred.
  • Refresher course required for nurses who have not worked in an acute setting for five years or more.
  • BLS required
  • ACLS and PALS completed within one year of hire

Essential Functions:

  • Communicates professionally and effectively with the health care team, patients and family /visitors.
  • Promotes a safe and healthy working environment by utilizing clear communication, collaboration and teamwork.
  • Utilizes the nursing process and adheres to policies/procedures/guidelines to ensure efficient, appropriate and safe patient care. Documents care accurately in EMR.
  • Provides appropriate teaching and direction for patients and family through consideration of age, physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, religious and environmental needs.
  • Provides age/developmentally appropriate patient care in accordance with Age/Developmental Specific Care Guidelines for the specific age groups served.

Pay Range

$34.90 - $52.35
