Job Summary
Job duties include the completion of glass/glazing, glass door repairs and preventative maintenance activities, assessing damage and performing quality repairs in a safe and timely manner. As a Glazing Service Foreman, you will be responsible for completing repairs for glazing systems and products, fitting and sealing windows, curtain wall glass, store front systems, skylights, and glass doors for commercial buildings with you crew. You will serve as a leader, mentor and work collaboratively with a crew of 1-2 technicians. Most of your time is spent outdoors completing repairs, inspecting damage, loading, and unloading materials, complying with safety procedures, and. Applicants must be comfortable with daily physical labor, working from heights, and following extensive safety procedures.

Job Responsibilities
· Install/repair/replace various commercial glazing systems, including curtain walls, store-fronts, doors, hardware, glass handrails, skylights, and more.
· Supervise and work hands-on with field crews- ensures efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
· Ensure workers receive proper training and adhere to all safety standards
· Manage and delegate day-to-day job site operations while enforcing quality control and best practices
· Monitor and track employee work hours, conduct daily field reports, safety inspections, and required paperwork
· Use our mobile app to record, document, and report repairs/projects
· Provide recommendations for additional work or maintenance to customers.
· On-call 24/7 availability to respond to emergency repairs (additional compensation, staggered schedule)
Requirements
· Minimum 4+ years of installation or repair experience with commercial glazing systems including curtain walls, store-fronts, doors and hardware
· Ability to train and mentor new employees
· Ability to read and interpret instructions and blueprints
· Tech savvy-comfortable using mobile phone apps
· Leadership skills- delegating, time management, quality control
· Comfortable working outdoors and from heights
· Submit background check and drug test*
· Reliable transportation
Preferred Skills
· Has previously worked in a Foreman or lead position in this scope of work
