What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and maintain cement-related equipment and machinery
- Perform general labor tasks including shoveling, sweeping, and material handling
- Assist with loading and unloading of materials and products
- Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance needs
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment

- Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow procedures
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying conditions
- Willingness to learn and operate heavy equipment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
What We Offer
- $24.09 to $ 24.09 per hour
