Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordination and technical troubleshooting of the Ultrafab H2S Skids
Provide technical support to customers by identifying and resolving customer challenges or escalating as required to additional levels of support
Repair and service Bruin (Texsteam style), Williams, and Milton Roy pumps
Troubleshoot and adjust Norriseal dump controller and valves
Cleaning and calibration of Envent H2S analyzer and sample system including sample lines, solenoids, and regulators
Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts in order to execute agreed upon customer system service plans
Assist Sales Representatives with start-ups of new applications in both existing customers and new accounts
Possible travel within assigned sales territory up to 70%: 10-15% overnight travel may be required to support assigned customer accounts in other regions
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Must be 21 years of age or older to operate company vehicle

Physical Demands:
Must have the ability to Lift/Carry up to 50 pounds chest high
May be required to wear SCBA or supplied air respirator
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Strong mechanical aptitude
2+ of successful technical service or field sales support experience
Instrumentation and/or chemical industry experience
Previous oilfield experience
Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office and ability to learn business systems)
History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation
Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multitask
