The Role:
Our employer partner is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead their Platform Design Services team. This role is central to the organization’s platform strategy, focusing on defining and managing key design functions and features that drive innovation and growth across their suite of design and space planning products. The successful candidate will work directly with cross-functional teams to create user-centric design components and enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and communicating the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Platform Design Services, aligned with broader company objectives.
- Gathering and translating customer, partner, and stakeholder needs into actionable development plans.
- Leading the development of new design components, from ideation to launch, including defining requirements and prioritizing features.
- Conducting market and competitive research to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Monitoring platform performance, identifying improvements, and implementing enhancements for optimal user experience.
- Collaborating with teams in engineering, design, sales, and marketing for successful product launches and ongoing support.
- Acting as a subject matter expert, focusing on rendering components, auto-design services, room measurement, and other design automation features.
- Integrating AI-driven innovations to elevate the platform’s functionality.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, particularly with room design or space planning applications.
- Experience with design functionality for space planning tools, preferably in kitchen and bathroom design.
- Proven track record of defining product strategies, roadmaps, and successfully bringing products to market.
- Strong technical understanding and experience collaborating with engineering teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
