💪 What You’ll Do

  • Be responsible for customer experience metrics along the entire customer journey
  • Documenting our customer's as-is state for receivables/payables and mapping it onto our product
  • Owning the full implementation and onboarding flow
  • Driving adoption of more AR/AP modules from customers post-onboarding
  • Monitor issues / complaints and troubleshoot by working with Product team
  • Be a part of the renewal journey and build a long-standing relationship with the customer.
  • Educate customers on how to use our product through comprehensive training
  • Gather feedback from clients and use it to drive continuous improvement

  • Proficient at SQL
  • Prior knowledge of accounts payables and account receivables processes.
