Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Looker data models (LookML) and reports to meet business requirements.
• Enhance existing dashboards for better performance, usability, and visual appeal.
• Create and optimize Looker dashboards and visualizations to facilitate data analysis and business insights.
• Design, build, and own the process of developing new Looker dashboards.
• Develop, maintain and enforce coding standards and style guides for LookML development.
• Communicate clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. Design, build, and own the process of developing new Looker dashboards.
• Develop, maintain and enforce coding standards and style guides for Visualization
• Strong understanding of SQL and experience with database querying.
• Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
• Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing visualization tools and interpreting data insights.
• Lead and guide the offshore team.
• Working in a collaborative environment and interacting effectively with technical and non-technical team members equally well.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
