And This Is Where You Come In
As a Senior Product Manager - Data and ML, you will lead the development and execution of our data-driven products, leveraging machine learning to create impactful business outcomes in the area of remote sensing that will be applied across several product areas. We are building several layers of Data products, to enable further understanding of agricultural practices and soil health. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define the product strategy, prioritise initiatives, and drive the successful launch of innovative solutions across Agreena.
How Will You Make An Impact
- Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for data products and ML-driven solutions.
- Identify key market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to shape long-term strategic objectives.
- Articulate the vision for AI/ML products that address key business challenges and drive measurable outcomes.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to define product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with business teams, including application product managers, marketing, sales, and customer support, to align product development with organisational goals.
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure the product meets their needs.
- Product Development & Execution:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data and ML products, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Define key performance metrics for the success of each product and regularly track, analyse, and optimise product performance.
- Work closely with data and ML teams to translate complex technical capabilities into simple, impactful product features.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry advancements and competitor offerings, ensuring our solutions remain best-in-class.
- Analyse customer feedback and product usage to inform future enhancements and innovations.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience:
- 5-7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2-3 years focused on data products and machine learning, preferably deep domain data and ML products.
- Proven experience managing complex products with AI/ML components, from ideation to launch.
- Good understanding of data pipelines, machine learning frameworks, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Skills:
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML concepts and how they can be applied to solve real-world business problems.
- Ability to define technical product requirements and collaborate with engineering/data science teams on execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Bonus Points If
- Familiarity with building deep domain based Data and ML products.
- Familiarity with understanding machine learning model performance.
- Experience in building B2B or enterprise data products.
- Experience working in agile development environments, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
