Job OverviewWe are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Associate to join our esteemed Data Enrichment team, dedicated to enhancing data integrity for our healthcare clients. In this pivotal role, you will uphold the highest standards of precision and play an essential part in our quality assurance efforts.Key Responsibilities

• Execute data enrichment assignments adhering to established and client-specific criteria.
• Manage credentialing responsibilities, which include data entry for applications, vendor verification, and overseeing board certification records.
• Engage with state boards and credentialing authorities to procure status updates and necessary verifications.
• Ensure exceptional data accuracy while complying with industry regulations.
• Verify and validate information sourced from third-party entities using various online databases.
• Perform additional duties as needed to bolster team performance and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
• Proficient in English with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with data entry methodologies and customer service practices.
• Capability to adhere to regulatory compliance standards.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months experience in a data entry or customer service position is preferred.
• Availability for full-time work of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.
• A reliable home office setup with internet speeds of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
