Apply today!The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer on the MarketPoint Sales Reporting team collects, integrates, analyzes, and presents the sales organization's raw data in order to create insightful and actionable business information. Interacts with senior sales leaders on a regular basis. Obtains feedback and requirements from customers and turns them into complex, dynamic, and aesthetically-pleasing reports and dashboards in Power BI. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

• Develops customized, dynamic, and aesthetically-pleasing on-line reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI
• Creates, designs, and customizes data visualizations, including charts, tables, and report layouts
• Work directly with market and corporate executives and their teams, helping them leverage data and technology to maximize business impact
• Analyzes a wide variety of sales data to derive insights
• Write queries to pull/summarize/analyze data from various data sets and platforms
• Provide mentoring to teammates with respect to consultative and technical skills in order to promote best practices and grow the organization

Required QualificationsUse your skills to make an impact

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in Power BI
• Experience in UI/UX, data visualization, or graphic design
• SQL knowledge, including writing complex, performant queries to pull data from multiple platforms including SQL Server
• 3+ years of experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
• Experience in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced experience in user experience and user interface design
• Advanced degree or certification in data visualization, UI/UX, or graphic design
• Experience building Power BI and Power Automate dataflows and workflows
• Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors
• Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data
