Position Overview: Broadview Communities seeks a motivated Acquisitions Analyst to join our growing team. This role requires quick, informed decision-making to secure profitable real estate investments in the Manufactured Housing space. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to Broadview Communities' growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and Evaluate: Assess real estate investment opportunities through underwriting, market research, and scenario analysis.
• Financial Analysis: Review and manipulate financial data for forecasting and to understand property performance.
• Asset Management: Assist in yearly budgeting and evaluating portfolio property performance.
• Templates: Create various templates, models, and reports for acquisitions and other department-adjacent functions.
• Due Diligence: Assist in property due diligence for acquisitions and market research, including but not limited to – rent roll analysis, utility analysis, lease audits, highest and best use analysis.
• Reporting: Prepare investment memos, presentations, weekly reports, and maintenance of pipeline tracking software.
• Market Monitoring: Track industry trends and market conditions.
• Collaboration: Work with the acquisitions team to prioritize potential deals. The Character We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in real estate acquisitions or investment analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of real estate valuation and market analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and real estate investment software.
• Team collaboration skills.
