The Business Analytics Manager at Digital@Femsa will be responsible for leading the analytics team to deliver actionable insights and data-driven recommendations that drive strategic decision-making. This role involves overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of large datasets to support business objectives, optimize performance, and identify growth opportunities. The Business Analytics Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, tech and operations, to ensure that data analytics aligns with business goals and strategies.Main Responsabilities:

  • Lead and manage a business analytics team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
  • Develop and execute the business analytics strategy to support organizational goals.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendationsDrive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data management.
  • Conduct advanced data analysis using statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and patterns in data to inform business strategy and operations.
  • Manage the analytics project lifecycle from ideation to implementation.
  • Develop and maintain analytics documentation, including methodologies and processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Evaluate and implement new analytics tools and technologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data availability and quality.
  • Support the development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast business performance and outcomes.
  • Act as a Digital@Femsa culture Ambassador, promoting FEMSA leading principles and values.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in business analytics, with at least 2 years leadership or management roles.
    • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations from data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and security considerations.
  • Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals.
