Job DescriptionAs a Sales Development Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of the Business Development team that is determined to revolutionize the future of e-commerce in Europe.You will be responsible for generating pipelines and providing your colleagues with new opportunities. You will also act as a talented communicator and generate new conversions.No matter where you work from, you are an integral part of the team. That's why we're looking for someone like you in Germany who wants to help shape the global development of Shopware in the DACH region.These are your tasks:

  • You will actively manage and process our lead pipeline via Inbound and Outbound activities and build up a qualified network quickly.
  • You will contact potential customers by phone, video call, or on-site and communicate with top decision-makers from all industries.
  • You analyze and collect current customer requirements using our qualification methodology, make initial recommendations for action, and work closely with the account executives on an equal footing.
  • You structure and prepare the data of our leads in the CRM system (we use HubSpot).
  • You are a valuable input provider for our marketing team on the topics of customer needs, industry trends and market perception.
  • You take part in trade fairs and events and represent Shopware externally and within our community.
What you bring to the table:
  • You have already gained initial professional experience in a similar work environment and achieved demonstrable success.
  • You already have experience in software sales, ideally in the e-commerce segment.
  • You are characterized by an agile way of working, and you know how to set your priorities.
  • Ideally, you already have experience with a CRM system, ideally HubSpot, and know how to create a contact and a lead.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
